Trifecta Life Consulting is a private behavioral-health coordination firm founded in 2022 and based in South Florida, serving clients nationally and internationally. Trifecta coordinates confidential mental-health support, executive coaching, and in-home addiction support for executives, public figures, professional athletes, entertainers, and their families. Care is delivered in the client's home or at a mutually agreed private location by individually licensed clinicians on the coordinated team. Trifecta itself does not directly provide medical or psychiatric treatment.

How We Help
Trifecta coordinates recovery support, executive coaching, and family care for individuals and families navigating high-stakes moments. Our team assembles individually licensed clinicians, coaches, and case managers around each engagement. We are intentionally not an inpatient treatment program. The work happens where life happens, in the client's home, calendar, and family system.
In-Home Addiction Support
Coordinated recovery support delivered in the client's home, with clinical assessment by a licensed clinician and continuity across the family system. Intentionally not inpatient.
Post-Treatment Coordination
Continuity for the fragile first ninety days after inpatient care. The team meets the client at home, protects the aftercare plan, and helps the household hold the outcome.
Executive Coaching
Integrated coaching for CEOs, founders, and senior leaders whose work, family, and health are one system. Coordinated with clinical support when the whole picture requires it.
Curated Workshops & Intensives
Private, multi-day engagements for couples, families, and executive teams. Held at private venues, facilitated by the coordinated team, structured to accomplish in days what months of scheduling cannot.
Family & Relationship Support
Family systems work led by credentialed clinicians, coordinated alongside individual care. When the family is the client, or the family is holding the client, this is where the work lives.
